The Silva Forest Foundation are ecoforestry consultants located in the Slocan Valley. They are the authors of An Ecosystem Based Plan for the Slocan Valley. The 'Silva Plan' was commissioned by the CORE process and has been endorsed by the SVWA as a means of making a sustainable living while protecting water values.
